F&R Management Services, LLC was created as a subsidiary of F&R Construction Group, Inc. founded in 1972, as an effort to implement the knowledge and expertise acquired through the years as General Contractors into the management of construction projects. In the past 40 years, we have served as managers to a variety of subcontractors in the construction of a wide variety of projects for commercial, institutional, public, healthcare and the residentialsectors. This experience has given our team the experience required to properly manage a project, from inception to completion. In addition to general construction contracts, F&R has also been part of several design-build type contracts in which our experience and management skills have been an asset for the project, by adding our knowledge of quality, cost and timely delivery from day one. F&R has completed over 3 billion dollars’ worth of construction without ever been defaulted. Our experience and quality is sustained by a bonding capacity of $165MM dollars for a single project and $650MM for aggregate provided by Travelers Insurance Company.
