Remodeling of interior space in an existing building for new Hotel with 96 guest-rooms, restaurant, banquet rooms, meeting room, and gym. Work included new finishes, new floor-to-ceiling windows, electromechanical up-grade, structural repair, new poolside lounge, infinity pool and outdoor bar.

Puerto Rico’s Comprehensive Cancer Center Building

Puerto Rico’s Comprehensive Cancer Center has approximately 300,000 square feet of construction. The structure houses eight specialized surgery rooms, an infusion center for chemotherapy treatment, a clinical laboratory, a pharmacy and 96 regular care beds, of which 12 are intensive care. The hospital will also have a multidisciplinary clinic where patients can be tested and evaluated by specialists.
