Building Construction

The University of Puerto Rico Comprehensive Cancer Center consist of a 10-story structural steel and precast concrete fecade building for a state of the art cancer treatment facility in coordination with MD Anderson. With an area of approximately 300,000 square feet it includes a considerable amount of exam rooms, 96 patient beds, operating rooms, MRI room, CT Scan, Pet Scan and many other cancer treatment related facilities.

This has been one of the most important governmental facilities ever constructed in Puerto Rico, and is expected to serve not only the Island of P.R. but also the Caribbean zone.
